PRIVATE PARTY - Member Rental Fee
No parties may be reserved during other regular swim times. The rental fee includes two lifeguards. Private use of pool grounds. Fees must be paid in full or the party date is not reserved. Parties must be reserved two weeks or more in advance.
There is a $40.00 clean-up deposit, billed separately. The deposit is mandatory. The rental group must clean-up after the party and take their trash with them. If the party leaves the pool in clean condition, the deposit may be refunded. Timely departure from the pool at 12:30 pm is required.
72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Rain events or inclement weather cancellations may reschedule at no charge. A prorated refund will be given to the rental party, if cancellations due to weather are required before the first hour of rental time has expired. No refund, after the first hour of the party time has passed.
